Critterlicious^TM is a collection of critter animated polar fleece hat and mitten sets, booties, apparel and accessories designed to engage children in whimsical play while offering warmth and protection. There are numerous critters in the entire critter collection. Each face of the character is embroidered on to the front crown of each hat. Paw prints are embroidered onto the under side of each corresponding mitten. Each critter has a character name to further distinguish itself with a story on the hangtag as animated character and its own story that co-mingles with the others characters in a magical land called Critterlicious. The individual critter story is communicated on the hangtag that is attached to the product. The stories are told in a children’s storybook form to engage the child’s interest and imagination.

• All hat and mittens come in sets secured to each other.

• All fleece products are made of very soft 220 gm micro fleece.

• All products are fully lined.

• All products are embroidered with the faces of each critter.

• Each hat has an adjustable Velcro chin strap for snug fit and comfort.

• All hats cover the ears for extra protection.

• The mittens have cute paw prints on the underside to further develop Critterlicious^TM point of differentiation.

• In addition, the mittens have warm interior rib knit cuffs to provide a comfortable fit and keep out the elements.

• Booties also each have warm rib knit cuff openings for comfort and protection.

• The sole of each bootie is constructed with skid resistant fabric for safety.

• Each product is an animated critter character that the children can play with.

Critterlicious^TM is proud to stand behind our products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase please return unworn items with tags still attached and in original plastic bag to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Defective items are returnable at any time.

Please follow the return instructions on the packing slip. If you need help please call us. Returns received within 30 days of your receipt in unworn, re-sellable condition receive a full refund. Detailed instructions are included on the packing slip with each order. Please return items in original plastic bag. You may use any method to return items. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the sender. "Final Sale" items may not be returned or exchanged. Please note: we do not refund original shipping and handling charges.

FREE SHIPPING ON EXCHANGE

There is no additional shipping charge for exchanged items. If you add to your order, shipping is free for those items as well. This courtesy applies to ground shipping to U.S. addresses once per order. E-mail us to have your exchange request processed immediately.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

Ground shipments will arrive in 3-7 business days. Expedited orders received before 11AM Central Time will ship that same day. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. Shipping is applied to first shipment. Subsequent shipments on same order have no further shipping charge.

"2nd Day Air" orders placed after 11AM ship on the following schedule:

Slipper Bootie Size Chart

Both the Hat and Mitten Sets as well as the Slipper Booties are made from polyester fleece which is a soft, stretchy fabrication. These products are designed to fit comfortably for the ages we indicate, but we also know that children come in all sizes regardless of ages. We have found that our 2-4 yrs size hats often comfortably fit kids up to the age of 6 years.
